Who can access the HIEV CPMS Web Portal?
The HIEV CPMS Web Portal is intended for authorized business users such as administrators, charge point operators (CPOs), fleet managers, corporate users, site managers, and customer support teams. Access to modules and features depends on the roles and permissions assigned by your organization.
How do I reset my password if I cannot log in?
On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password. If you continue to experience issues, contact your system administrator.
Why can't I access certain modules or features?
Access to modules such as Dashboard, Tariff, Revenue Share, Assets, Customers, or Administration is controlled through role-based permissions. If a module is unavailable or disabled, contact your system administrator to verify that the required permissions have been assigned to your account.
How often is the Dashboard data updated?
Dashboard information is updated automatically based on system activity. Most operational data, including charging sessions, charger status, alerts, and reports, is refreshed periodically or in near real time depending on the configured data synchronization interval.
Can I export reports and operational data?
Yes. Many modules in the CPMS Web Portal provide export functionality. Depending on the module, you can export data such as charging sessions, locations, users, tariffs, revenue reports, and other operational information in supported formats.
How can I find a specific charger, customer, or location quickly?
Most modules include search, filter, and sorting options that allow you to quickly locate records using criteria such as charger ID, customer name, location, status, date range, or other available filters.
Why am I seeing alerts or abnormal events on the Dashboard?
Alerts and abnormal events indicate conditions that may require attention, such as charger communication failures, transaction errors, offline chargers, or other operational issues. Review the event details to determine the cause and take the appropriate corrective action.
Can multiple users access the CPMS Web Portal at the same time?
Yes. Multiple authorized users can access the platform simultaneously. Each user's available features depend on their assigned role and permissions.
What should I do if a charger appears offline in the portal?
First, verify the charger's network connectivity and power availability. If the charger remains offline, review any related alerts or abnormal events in the Dashboard. If the issue persists, contact your operations team or Elocity Support for further assistance.
How can I contact support if I encounter an issue in the CPMS Web Portal?
If you experience any issues while using the portal, contact your organization's system administrator or reach out to the Elocity Support team through the configured support channels for your deployment.
