About this Release​

Version 6.0.0 introduces significant enhancements across the CPMS Portal, focusing on improved user experience, Load Management module redesign, Assets Diagnostics log retrieval, Utility Tariff and Cost of Charging reporting, Greenhouse Gas Reduction analytics, User Activity Log Framework, Azure Active Directory SSO login, Bulk Operations custom config keys, and comprehensive platform stability and performance optimizations.

New Features​

The following are the new features in this release:

  • Load Management Module Revamp: Introduced a redesigned list view, overview dashboard, analytics page with load group graphs, charger details drawer, load group add/details redesign, filters, export, summary grid, sessions modal, and real-time WebSocket telemetry updates.
  • Assets Diagnostics Module: Introduced the new Assets Diagnostics module to schedule and dispatch OCPP diagnostic log requests (GetDiagnostics), track job and station execution status, and download technical diagnostic archives (.zip/.log).
  • Utility Tariff & Cost of Charging Report: Added the Utility Share module under Tariff / Revenue Share, featuring a Time-of-Use (TOU) and tiered utility rate designer, tariff launch/relaunch flows, designed/launched tariffs grids, and Revenue vs. Utility Cost reporting with export.
  • Azure / Microsoft SSO Authentication: Added Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) sign-in and updated authentication routing for enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • User Activity Log Framework: Introduced comprehensive audit logging on the User Profile page to track administrative actions, action types, affected modules, change descriptions, and IP addresses, along with CSV export.
  • Bulk Operations — Custom Configuration Keys: Added support for proprietary and custom configuration keys in the Get Configuration and Change Configuration remote bulk actions.
  • Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Reporting: Added the Greenhouse Gas Reduction report module under Reporting (feature-flag gated) with improved rectangular chart visualizations and consistent axis spacing.
  • 2 New Abnormal Events: Added automated detection and alerting for Over Rated Load (average load exceeds connector rated capacity) and Inter-Session Meter Jump (session start meter differs from previous stop meter by > 0.1 kWh).
  • Guest Charging Workflows: Added end-to-end guest charging support (charger details, session, invoice, payment failure) gated by feature flag GUEST_CHARGING, Guest QR codes, and guest charging dropdown filters on Customer, Corporate, and Employee transactions grids.
  • Firmware Jobs & Stations Export: Added asynchronous Export Firmware Jobs and station-level update results export on Firmware Management.
  • Demand Response Integration: Continued expansion of Demand Response (DR) / Demand Side Management (DSM) participation controls.

UI/UX Enhancements​

  • Station Blocked Installation Status: Added support for displaying and filtering by Blocked installation status in Assets Station Management.
  • Optional Employee ID: Added an optional Employee ID field to Corporate employee profiles and creation forms.
  • Business Contact Validation: Updated phone validation on Business add and edit forms to accept both mobile and landline contact numbers.
  • Fleet Management — Vehicle Name: Added the Vehicle Name field across Fleet Management vehicle records and exports.
  • Reservations Module Styling: Applied pixel-perfect calendar styling updates, enhanced selection indicators, and streamlined cancellation confirmation modal.
  • e-Wallet Event Type Labels: Clearer frontend display names and multi-select filtering for wallet Event Types (Created, Cancelled, Credited, Debited, Deactivated, Refunded).
  • User Profile & Activity Logs UI: Added Action Type column to profile activity logs, improved date formatting, mobile layout responsiveness, and success popup feedback after password updates.
  • Design System Alignment: Updated input heights, dropdown adornment icons, TextArea height, and TextField validation states per Figma design tokens.
  • Centralized Search Bar Visibility: Centralized search bar visibility handling in AgGrid and cleaned up Customer Access single-customers search behavior.
  • Corporate Prepaid Gating: Prepaid payment mode on Corporate add/info forms is now feature-flag gated (CORPORATE_PREPAID).
  • Dashboard & Fleet Date Filters: Updated date filter presets and chart population helpers across Overall and Fleet dashboards.

Other Enhancements and Fixes​

  • Dashboard PDF Export Fix: Resolved issue where Charging Sessions and Utilization sections were missing from the Overall PDF export.
  • Login Experience: Fixed loading label on the login Next button and improved AuthPage loading transitions.
  • Export Framework Enhancements: Centralized asynchronous export handling via useExportFlow, improved export popup alignment, and removed redundant inline download progress bars across data grids.
  • Zero-Cost Refunds: The Refund action button is now automatically hidden on charging sessions with a total cost of zero.
  • Tariff Location Filter Fix: Fixed issue where the Launched Tariffs "All Locations" filter remained interactive while options were loading.
  • Client-Side Value Limits: Enforced a 9-digit client-side input limit (max 100,000,000) on Station Minimum Balance to prevent unhandled database overflow errors.
  • Address Autocomplete Fix: Resolved infinite spinner when selecting address autocomplete suggestions via keyboard navigation.
  • Date Picker Apply Alignment: Fixed draft filter state syncing so the Apply button activates properly after selecting "Last Year" or custom presets in Alerts and Notifications.
  • Diagnostics Date Validation: Prevented submitting diagnostic jobs when Start and Stop timestamps are identical.
  • Language Translations: Resolved translation string mismatches across English (en), US English (en-US), and Arabic (ar) locales.
  • Deep Link Handling: Deep link routing now preserves query strings in portal URLs.
  • Automated Vitest CI Pipelines: Integrated comprehensive Vitest unit test suites across all portal modules (Assets, Customer, Dashboard, Tariff, Administration, Load Management, Bulk Operations, etc.) with CI gate validation.
